ABOUT BOY SCOUTS ABUSE

The Boy Scouts of America® has filed for bankruptcy as it faces hundreds and hundreds of lawsuits from men who say they were sexually abused as scouts. Experts believe that over 12,000 men were victims of sexual abuse. As part of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process, the Boy Scouts of America® has created a Victims Compensation Trust for survivors who had participated in its programs.
